Before we get to the new challenge details, I wanted to share something with all of you.  It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that the founder of Sparkle and Shine, Angel, has suffered a terrible loss.  Her husband passed away last week after a brief illness.  He leaves behind not only Angel, but their two young sons.  A Go Fund Me account has been set up to help the Johns family.  Please keep them in your thoughts as they adapt to the changes that they have been faced with.  I know that Angel will appreciate it.
